Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products pages and click on any items that you wish to buy then “add” them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We only accept credit & debit card payments through Protx or Paypal. Orders under £30 are charged £3.99 delivery (UK only) and all our orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. For international deliveries, all orders are charged delivery. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, and Solo cards. Your card will be authorised in real time and you will be given confirmation of a successful payment. Goods ordered will be posted the following day.

Shipping and Handling

Postage & packing is free for all UK orders over the value of £50 and will usually be delivered within 3 days - most occasions sooner. For all orders outside the UK a small additional charge will be applied to the cost of the purchase. This additional charge is determined by the country that you want the goods delivered to. Purchases outside the UK should allow 14 days for delivery

All credit card transactions are processed by Protx, who are one of the leading online transaction processors in the UK for safety and reliability. Protx processes your payment and arranges with us for your goods or services to be dispatched. We never handle your credit card details.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products (sale items excluded) come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original packaging (and unworn condition) for a full refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds on sale items. You can however return the item and exchange them for goods to the same value. We recommend using Recorded Delivery. If your order was over £50 and therefore you had free delivery if by returning any items this would bring the value of the order under £50 the standard delivery costs would be deducted from your refund.
