When will I get my order?
All orders processed will be despatched the following day.We do not post orders on a Saturday and Sunday therefore orders posted on a Friday will be posted on the following Monday.
How much do you charge for UK delivery?
For UK delivery, a charge of £3.99 (*exclusions apply, see below) is made for all UK mainland postage and all items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. We also offer a guaranteed next day service at £5.95. Free delivery is available on orders over £50.00 for UK only (*exclusions apply, see below) If you do require any other delivery service, please contact us on 07801 210851 or at Tracie@streetmonkeez.co.uk.
What are your exclusions?
Certain items are excluded from the above delivery costs. These items are heavier items such as large toys and will be clearly identified in the description of the product where delivery cost for that item will be quoted. This charge on such items is irrelevant of total order cost.
How much do you charge for overseas delivery?>/b>
For all EU countries, we charge £8.95 delivery. For all countries outside the EU we charge £10.95. These are sent by standard delivery. We do not supply toys to outside of the UK at the present time.
How do I return an item for either exchange or refund?
Please return item with proof of purchase, in perfect condition within 14 days of original purchase date and we will refund or replace the goods. We do not offer refunds on sale items. If you take a replacement product or alternative size, you will be charged for the additional postage cost. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
Do I have to pay the returns postage?
Yes, we regret that postage and packing are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
Where should I send any return items?

Will all the items I have ordered be sent together?
Not necessarily. Certain products are sent direct to you by our suppliers. These suppliers/products include Stardust Kids, Disney Baby, Doodle Dee, Baby Dee, Infantino, Eggbert & Clover, Togz, Wheelybugs, Kiddimotos.
Do they have the same delivery terms as Street Monkeez?
No. Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be received. In most instances it is a lot quicker than this. If for any reason it is likely to be longer than 7 days we will advise you accordingly.
Are all your items in stock?
Most of our items are in stock. Those supplied by the suppliers listed above may occasionally be out of stock. Should that be the case when you place an order, we will contact you to advise and organise a suitable replacement or a refund or a new delivery date.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. Please contact us on 01620 894001 or at Tracie@streetmonkeez.co.uk for a shipping quote for your order. We do not standardise overseas shipping costs as we endeavour to make it as cheap as possible depending on the weight of the items you order.
